:: It means living with positive, joy-inducing purpose, intention and the knowledge that you can shape your own future.
:: It means being conscious of what you put into your body and how that affects you – food, entertainment, the people your surround yourself with, and your career. You can’t expect to eat junk food, be surrounded by a bunch of Debbie Downers, and come away feeling energized and healthy.
:: It means being pro-active and taking responsibility for what you put out into the world, and what you attract into your life. If I’ve learned anything, it’s that there’s a lesson to be learned in any situation, and from every person in your life.
:: It means being grateful for what you have – the already awesome stuff, and the sticky situations you can find seriously juicy growth in.
:: It means having FUN, laughing, and doing things that light you up like a unicorn-themed neon rainbow dance party. Or, y’know, whatever your thing is.
